12 weeks to go!! It's starting to seem soon that little Ryan will be here! I'm still feeling good and getting sleep while it's up for grabs.

It's a boy!! And he's daddy's little boy... Jer had to meet me for the ultrasound and his directions were wrong, so we had to start without him. Our baby's legs were crossed and he was all curled up, so the tech lady kept shaking me and making me rock but he would not move. The tech said, "Well you'll have to wait 2.5 months to try again." Just then Jer walked in and the baby jumped up and spread his legs. Guess it's a good start to me saying, "Wait til your father comes home!!"

It took me awhile today to (a) figure out our blog address (I had to look at Aaron's website) and (b) relearn how to log in. Guess I'll give up my hopes of blogger of the year. Does one grow into being a good blogger or is it something that you just have or don't have? I won't give up. And when in doubt, I'll just post pictures.

My latest news has not been so hot so it's kind of hard to make a blog out of it. I think blogging is supposed to be funny or maybe political, but what about the rest? Anyway, my dad has been doing pretty poorly lately. It looks like it's the end here... And most you know my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer a few weeks ago. However, it looks like it is early and treatable. So that's a positive. Other than dealing with my parents, life actually has been good. Jer has a new job that he LOVES and is much more mellow than his other one. We went to Hawaii, the OC twice, several weekend trips with my dad, New York, and Iowa. It was really fun but it's also been nice to have a few weekends at home!
